Endurance aerobic work-out BRA
At least 70% of your total training time should exist of endurance training. Most riders think endurance training is boring and dull, that is why we designed the BRA workouts. These types of workouts are for endurance and power. The short intensive sets are called bricks (like building a wall with small brick stones) these bricks are set in time. Per brick we will increase your HR (by increasing the power/elevation). Please try to maintain a good technique and form and maintain the set rpm. Complete the whole workout for the best result! Do so by maintaining a good technique. If it is too hard please lower slope/power and complete workout. The BRA workouts are ideal workouts for starting cyclists.
