The Argus Tour - South Africa T1958.50
The popular CapeTown event that attracts 35,000 cyclist from around the world. The 109km route circles the Cape Peninsula and includes the famous Chapmans Peak and Suikerbossie climbs. The film includes the Slangkop pass via Kommetjie as in the original route. 1h30m.

Constantiaberg - South Africa T1958.51
Starting at the V&A Waterfront, the route takes you on the flat beach road to the first of 2 steep climbs in Campsbay. The next 5 passes are linked to form a circle around the Constantiaberg. The ride works it's way back to the finish in Campsbay. This is the ideal route to work on your climbing skills. 1h24m.
The 4 Passes - South Africa T1958.52
The 4 Passes circuit is known amongst cyclists as the most challenging ride in the CapeTown area. This 120km ride starts outside the coastal town of Strand. It finishes in Stellenbosch after having climbed the Sir Lowry's, Viljoens, and the north sides of the Franschoek and Helshoogte passes. 1h16m.
The 12 Apostles - South Africa T1958.53
Starting near the CapeTown CBD, this circuit challenges you to almost every major climb on the slopes of the 12 Apostles mountain range above CampsBay. The perfect hill climbing circuit with no less than 7 high category climbs. 1h16m.

South of the city of Johannesburg is a ridge called Klipriversberg. This roller coaster circuit takes you up and down the face of this ridge between the suburbs of Mulbarton and Kiblerpark. 1h08m.
Montegu Pass MTB - South Africa T1958.55
The original dirt road over the Outeniqua mountain range from George toward Outdtshoorn is a favourite for many mountain bikers. This out and back, offroad ride with stunning views, and plenty of twists and turns on the challenging climbs and downhills gives a different and interesting indoor trainer route. 60m.
Outeniqua - South Africa T1958.56
Once out of George this ride climbs the long Outeniqua pass and down to the junction at Holgate. After climbing the reverse side of the Outeniqua Pass, the route continues through Blanco and on past the George airport down into the Herolds Bay U turn. After the steep climb the ride continues on fairly flat terrain to the finish in George. 1h12m.
Perdeberg MTB - South Africa T1958.57
This off road route is the popular training grounds for the Northernbreeds Dog Sledding Club. Although not technical, the road gives a good mix of terrain with some really tough climbs in parts. Experience the peaceful outback and awesome views of the Malmesbury farms north of Cape Town. 60m.
Rooiels - South Africa T1958.58
The ride starts at the Somerset West shopping mall. Warm up on the flat beach road through the Strand before climbing the Steenbras Dam road. Continue on the coastal road to the U-turn at the top of the Rooiels climb. Return on this road to the finish in Gordons Bay. 1h14m.
Wilderness - South Africa T1958.59
This video covers the entire route of the original Knysna annual cycle race. It is also regarded as one of the classic cycle events on the SA cycling calender. A perfect mix of terrain with 3 major climbs, coupled with awesome Garden Route views, will ensure a great workout. 1h23m.
